Michael Pease

Account Service Manager

WarnerMedia

Michael Pease has been a Client Service guru for the past 20 years.  Taking on leadership roles that span Hospitality, xRetail, Food Service, Beauty/Salon Management and Media Revenue Operations, he has been on the frontlines of talent development and excellence in client relations his whole career.

Since joining WarnerMedia in March of 2013 he quickly rose from Account Service Representative to managing a team stewarding $600M of yearly revenue across 12 of WarnerMedia’s Linear properties.  With a keen eye for talent Michael has interviewed 100’s of candidates and is responsible for hiring and mentoring the next generation of leaders at WarnerMedia as they strive to build the diverse and dynamic workforce of the future.

Recently he partnered with HR to draft and “star” in their HireVue candidate pre-screen videos and was asked to guest speak when Turner hosted the Prep for Prep students, an organization that develops ethical and effective leaders who reflect our diverse society for the enduring benefit of all. He also worked to reinvent the onboarding process in 2017 with an emphasis on enhancing the candidate experience, reducing hiring turnaround time to minimize strain on team members, and ensuring that each employee joining the company was set-up for success from the moment they walked through the door.

Prior to joining WarnerMedia Michael worked as Customer Service Manager for Crate and Barrel in Soho NY, the companies #2 store, and spearheaded a complete overhaul of their existing CS structure merging previously separate departments complete with new training materials, cross training all existing staff, and acting as general contractor for a renovation of the existing space.

Building off his love of people and commitment to putting exceptional talent at the core of every team he manages, Michael has earned a reputation of merging a fun and idea driven environment with results and KPI’s that drive client success.

On a personal note, he is honored to be speaking at the Future Now conference and promises not to hog the mic!
