Rasheeda Winfield is a visionary creative who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, entertainment and community. With over a decade of news and entertainment production experience in radio, television, and digital content and once featured as Ebony Magazine’s “Black, Fresh and Twenty-Something” she has established herself as a leader in this fast paced and ever-changing world of media. Throughout her career, she's covered a plethora of assignments for major television networks including NBCUniversal, worked on short and long form productions, and has collaborated with talent, thought leaders, and influencers across the creative industries. During her tenure at NBCUniversal, she worked her way up from the entry-level NBC Page Program to the newsroom of the award-winning newsmagazine, Dateline NBC. At Dateline she honed her producing skills as she covered a variety of stories from breaking news to celebrity specials.

Based in New York City, she is passionate about giving candid talks centered around cultivating healthy relationships in a digital age, victory over struggles, and self-care for career-driven women. podcast, Christian Girl Gone Rogue, she tackles taboo topics and shares her candid take on the struggles of living by faith and was recently featured in a documentary film about modern dating called, "The Dating Project.” In her latest multimedia endeavor, she's teamed up with a relationship expert to create WeDateModern.com - an online and offline community to gain healthy, contemporary relationship skills, while also connecting peers through somewhat irreverent conversations, workshops and live events.
Rasheeda holds a Master of Arts in Public Communication and dual Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and Communication and Media Studies from Fordham University.
