As NYPR’s first-ever Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Brenda is responsible for defining, enabling and fostering an organizational culture that values the diversity of talent, ideas, and backgrounds across all parts of the organization. She provides thought leadership, ensures that DEI framework is in alignment with business strategies; planning and execution of, NYPR’s DEI approaches, training, retention strategies, workforce diversity analytics, DEI policies and practice and diverse candidate pipelines. She most recently took over all NYPR Talent Acquisitions efforts and is responsible for strategies to attract, screen, and hire highly qualified candidates for NYPR.
