Director, Brand and Agency Optimization
Brendan Kneeland is a Director within the Brand and Agency Optimization practice at MediaLink, where he has led or driven 10+ national and global media agency reviews, advised on CMO organizational structures and charters, driven sales organizations forward by sharpening go-to-market messaging, and helped MediaLink strengthen its experience and perspective in the brand world with a practical, relationship-driven lens. He has a particular passion for driving diversity and inclusion in the marketplace as a member of and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and driving industry participation for underrepresented racial and gender minorities. Brendan is a huge fan of standup comedy, podcasts, karaoke and drag.
Previously, Brendan worked as lead producer in creative content and activation for the CBS Altitude Group, where he spearheaded marquee integrated brand activations for clients including MasterCard, GEICO, Coca-Cola, Charles Schwab, and more.
Brendan is an alumnus of Boston College and a former fellow of the International Radio & Television Society, which guides future media leaders in the early stages of their career with networking and internship opportunities.
