Diadra “Dia” Wilson is a Talent Acquisition expert with over 12 years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 corporations. She has been tasked with building diverse recruiting initiatives across various channels and industries. Her responsibilities include building long-term strategies and relationships for comprehensive talent acquisition programs, producing over 300 high quality diverse hires with a focus on developing human resource driven relationships. She also helps develop partnerships and programs that create employer of choice branding and recruiting opportunities for top tier diverse talent. Wilson provides consultation and analysis of diversity and recruiting research, trends and competitive positioning in talent acquisition.
Previously, while at Unilever as the Talent Acquisition Partner for Campus & Diversity Recruiting, Wilson forged a partnership with Enactus and the Jackie Robinson Foundation to create the Enactus & Unilever: Leading Together Webcast and the 2014 Unilever Diversity Leadership Conference, two signature recruiting programs, designed to promote, source and recruit high caliber talent across the U.S. She inked
a multi-million dollar contract on behalf of Unilever with Enactus and the Jackie Robinson Foundation (JRF), orchestrating a deal providing cohorts with internship opportunities and 3 JRF scholars per year with $25,000 in scholarships. Wilson oversaw the launch and execution of Unilever’s Universum generational study and experiential exercises targeting millennial recruits.
Most recently, Wilson serves as Manager, Recruiting for A+E Networks , where she manages recruitment for Production, Programming, Marketing, Communications, Digital Tech, and Digital Media. In doing so, Wilson develops recruiting programs and partnerships with veteran and diversity organizations to promote key A+E Networks opportunities and cultivate the company as the employer of choice amongst top media organizations.
In addition to driving diversity driven recruiting strategies for global corporations, Wilson has served on a number of panels; including the Bloomingdale’s: Diversity in the Workplace panel and The Enactus World Cup: Women in Economics panel to name a few.. Wilson is a graduate of William Paterson University with a B.A. in Journalism. Wilson currently lives in New Jersey with her partner and three children.
