BBC World News
Jacqueline is an Account Executive, representing BBC World News as the only Direct Response salesperson for the network. In this role, she is a consultant to all DR advertising agencies and clients across the United States, where she presents the value of BBC World News’ suite of on-air properties, negotiates price, and ultimately sells advertising space. She works collaboratively within a small team internally to propel the success of the network, and manages, mentors, and trains all new employees. Since joining AMC Networks five years ago, Jacqueline has been promoted three times and is currently serving in her fourth role internally. In addition to her day-to-day position in Advertising, Jacqueline also serves as Chair of AMC Networks’ Asian-American employee resource group, where she leads monthly discussions centered around socially-relevant and company-related topics, acts as an internal consultant to provide additional perspectives, organizes company-wide ERG events, and fosters inclusivity through celebrating the community.
Jacqueline is also an active and enthusiastic volunteer in her community and has been a member of New York Cares since moving to New York in 2015. She has participated in a wide range of volunteer opportunities and previously served as a Team Leader for a year-long SAT Test Prep program where she led and supported a team of nine NY Cares volunteer tutors to teach and successfully prepare thirty high school students for their SAT exams. In 2018, she received The President’s Service Volunteer Award and The City of New York Mayoral Service Recognition Program award for her volunteer work.
