As Director of Sports Brand Solutions at Disney Ad Sales, Jennifer Tsong oversees the College Basketball, ACC Network, and NCAA Championships sponsorship business, across ESPN’s television, digital, and social platforms. Her team is charged with developing and implementing the overall sport sales strategy for her properties, from ideation of new sponsorship opportunities to execution across various media platforms and onsite. Jennifer recently spearheaded the launch of the ACC Network in 2018, helping to bring on five official sponsors in its first year and navigating their Official Sponsorship program through the pandemic.
Prior to joining ESPN in 2008, Jennifer worked on the agency side in account management at Freestyle Interactive for 3.5 years. Her other previous experience spans marketing and sponsorship roles at San Jose Earthquakes, US Soccer Federation, Washington Redskins, and DC United.
Jennifer is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and remains a proud Tar Heel fan. She also owns and regularly contributes to her travel blog, “Breaking into Busch (and other legal adventures).”
