Melanie brings 14 years of brand marketing and legal experience to MediaLink. As Senior Vice President, Melanie advises MediaLink’s global clients across the marketing and media landscape - specializing in operational governance and agency ecosystem design and the architecture of global contracts and negotiation strategies for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 brands.
Melanie began her career in brand marketing and achieved several years of success as the Vice President of Marketing at BMF Media, and later, United Entertainment Group. There, she led an energetic team of strategists and executed award-winning and revenue-generating initiatives for brands including: Heineken, ESPN, Nike, Ebay, MHUSA, Smuckers, Polaroid, Atlantic City, Hard Rock Hotels, Bose, ASICS, The North Face, REVOLT TV and more. In her role, she also worked in close collaboration with legal affairs; fully-immersed in structuring, negotiating, and closing talent endorsement, content, brand partnership, and global portfolio deals.
Prior to joining MediaLink, Melanie worked as a Legal and Corporate Development Consultant guiding the legal strategies for global entertainment marketing agencies and lifestyle brands, advising on matters related to company formation and expansion, contract negotiation, international campaign development and the legal implications presented across marketing-related workstreams.
Melanie graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A in Communications and Business Institutions and holds a J.D. from New York Law School.
