Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity
Natasha Woodwal is a Content Professional who specialises in producing large-scale festivals. With over a decade in event management under her belt, Natasha has become an authority on what it takes to curate and execute engaging content programmes on a global scale.
Natasha started her career at Haymarket as a Trainee Conference Producer, before rising through the ranks to become their Portfolio Manager, where she oversaw the production of over 60 conferences annually, across a variety of sectors. Natasha’s hard work didn’t go unnoticed, and she was ultimately snapped up by Ascential’s Cannes LIONS International Festival of Creativity to develop their LIONS Innovation Festival. The festival was a success, with Natasha being recognised by the British Media Awards with a silver medal for Launch of The Year. Since then, the LIONS brand has expanded to include Innovation as a core component of its flagship festival.
Natasha now serves as the brand’s Head of Content Development, where she oversees the delivery of LIONS content worldwide, as well as spearheading the brand’s new membership content offer.
Natasha is a long-standing champion for diversity and inclusion both within LIONS and across the Ascential brand, where she facilitates workshops on best practices, in addition to mentoring graduates on the LIONS Creativity in Business Internship.
When Natasha isn’t working, she can be found behind a camera, honing her amateur photography skills.
Natasha holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Southampton.
