Sosti Ropaitis is an Executive Vice President at MediaLink helping Fortune 500 & Fortune 100 CMOs fine-tune their marketing strategy, reimagine their agency ecosystem, and focus on changing internal ways of working to accelerate sustainable marketing and business transformation.
Sosti has over 15 years of global corporate leadership, large scale transformation and strategic marketing experience in multinational organizations, with a strong history of building revenue across different countries, and delivering customer-centric, scalable marketing programs.
His expertise spans across branded content and partnerships, digital transformation for media, creative and in-housing teams as well as personalization and localization of consumer journeys across markets.
Before MediaLink, Sosti was the Global Director of Digital Marketing and Music for McDonald’s, where he was responsible for the strategy, creation and syndication of global marketing programs that engage consumers in multiple countries. In March 2015, he designed the digital strategy and led the marketing team that launched "I'm Lovin' It 24," an integrated marketing campaign that created 24 live branded "stunts" in 24 countries in 24 hours. It was the largest real-time marketing initiative in the history of the company.
During his time with McDonald's, Sosti also served as the global head of Marketing for SXSW 2015, the London 2012 and Sochi 2014 Olympics, and the FIFA World Cup in 2014.
Prior to joining McDonald’s Sosti led marketing teams for Hilton and Kraft Foods.
He holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Louisville and a BSc in Economics from Brunel University in London.
